Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SOFFLIX HR platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including administrators and employees.
Use of the Service
You may use SOFFLIX HR only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@sofflixhr.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
Subscription & Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into SOFFLIX HR. We process your data only to provide the service and do not claim any ownership rights over your content.
Intellectual Property
The SOFFLIX HR platform, including all software, design, and content, is owned by SOFFLIX (PVT) Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service during your subscription.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will cease at the end of the current billing period. We will make your data available for export for 90 days post-termination.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOFFLIX HR's liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Colombo, Sri Lanka, except where prohibited by applicable law.
