You earn a recurring percentage of the monthly subscription fee for every client you refer — for the lifetime of their subscription. Commissions are calculated at the end of each calendar month and paid within 15 business days via bank transfer or your preferred method.
Yes. Tier upgrades are reviewed quarterly based on the revenue generated from your referred clients. Once you meet the threshold for Silver or Gold, our team will reach out to discuss the upgrade and unlock the additional benefits.
Not at all. All partners receive access to a dedicated onboarding program and product certification course. Silver and Gold partners also get a free fully loaded SOFFLIX HR demo account so you can show the platform confidently to any prospect.
Commissions stop from the month the client cancels — there is no clawback on commissions already paid. Referral-tier partners who earned a one-time fee keep that fee regardless of the client's subscription status.
There is no minimum commitment or lock-in for any tier. Partners can leave the program at any time. Active commissions for existing referred clients continue to be paid out for 3 months after you exit the program.
Yes. SOFFLIX HR operates globally and accepts referrals from partners in any country. Commission rates are standardised regardless of the client's location, and payment can be made in your preferred currency.
