Yes. SOFFLIX HR supports multi-entity structures where each entity can have its own locations, departments, payroll settings, and branding — while still sharing a single HR admin interface at the group level. Employee records, reporting, and audit logs can be viewed per entity or consolidated.
The org chart is driven directly by employee records. When a manager or HR admin updates an employee's department, reporting manager, or designation, the org chart reflects the change immediately — no separate update needed. You can drill down by department, location, or reporting line.
Yes. Audit log access is controlled by role-based permissions. By default, only HR Admins can view the full audit log. You can configure more granular access — for example, allowing a Finance Manager to see payroll-related log entries without access to HR data logs.
Yes. When publishing a document, you can target it to all employees, specific departments, locations, or job categories. Employees only see documents relevant to them. Acknowledgement tracking shows completion per group so you know exactly who has and hasn't read a policy.
Yes. Your uploaded logo and brand colours are applied across the employee portal, email notifications (leave approvals, onboarding welcome, payslip notifications), and generated PDFs including payslips and offer letters. Each template is separately editable.
There is no limit on the number of job categories or designations. You can create a simple flat structure or a detailed multi-level job architecture with grades, bands, and sub-categories. Designations are used across recruitment, employee records, compensation, and reports.
