About Time & Attendance
GPS accuracy depends on the device, but is typically within 5–15 metres outdoors. You can set your geo-fence radius conservatively (e.g. 100m) to account for signal variation. For indoor locations with GPS interference, we recommend using Wi-Fi-based location verification or pairing with a biometric terminal.
SOFFLIX HR natively integrates with ZKTeco and FingerTec devices via their SDK. Hikvision and most other devices that expose a standard ADMS or PULL/PUSH API are also supported. We provide a generic device adapter for custom hardware — contact our team for compatibility checks.
The mobile app stores clock-in data locally when offline and syncs automatically once connectivity is restored. Biometric terminals also buffer locally and push records to SOFFLIX HR when they reconnect. No attendance records are lost due to connectivity issues.
Yes. HR admins and authorised managers can correct attendance records with a reason note. All manual adjustments are captured in the audit log with the editor's name, timestamp, and original vs updated values — so the record is both accurate and transparent.
