About the Mobile App
Yes. The SOFFLIX HR mobile app is available for both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). Both versions are kept in sync with platform updates and receive new features simultaneously. White-label branding applies to both platforms from a single configuration in the admin panel.
The standard configuration deploys the app under the SOFFLIX HR listing with your company's branding applied inside the app. For organisations that require a fully independent App Store listing under their own developer account, our enterprise tier supports full white-label publishing. The app handles most read actions offline — employees can view their profile, last payslip, leave balance, and recent notifications without connectivity. Clock-in data is stored locally and synced when connectivity is restored. Actions that require server responses (leave submissions, expense approvals) will queue and send once the device reconnects.
The home screen supports up to 6 widget slots per role configuration. Available widget types include: Leave Balance, Attendance Summary, Team Overview (manager), Open Approvals, Announcements, Payslip Status, Upcoming Events, and My Tasks. Widget order is also configurable.
Yes. Each employee can manage their notification preferences within the app settings. They can choose to receive or suppress notifications by category — for example, keeping leave and payslip notifications on while turning off survey reminders. Critical system notifications (e.g. offboarding tasks) cannot be disabled.
Mobile access is included in the Business plan and above. The Essential plan includes mobile read access — employees can view their profile, payslips, and announcements. Full self-service actions (leave, clock-in, expenses) and white-label branding are available on Business and Enterprise plans.
