When we founded SOFFLIX HR, we saw a clear gap — organisations across South Asia and beyond were managing their most important asset, their people, using spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and manual workarounds that no one wanted to use.
We set out to build an HR platform that felt human — one that employees actually want to log into, and that HR teams can configure themselves without calling IT. Five years later, more than 500 organisations trust SOFFLIX HR to run their people operations.
We are still early. The best version of SOFFLIX HR is ahead of us — and we are building it with a team I am incredibly proud of every single day.

I have spent over two decades building and scaling technology businesses across South and Southeast Asia. When I first evaluated SOFFLIX HR, what struck me was not just the product — it was the team's absolute clarity on the problem they were solving and their commitment to solving it the right way.
