Subscription Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, except in the following circumstances:
- You were charged due to a billing error on our part
- The Service was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our failure
- You cancel within 7 days of your first paid billing cycle (new customers only)
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Annual Plans
Annual plan refund requests made within 14 days of purchase may be eligible for a prorated refund. Requests after 14 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
Submit refund requests to billing@sofflixhr.com with your account details and reason. We aim to process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
