About Benefits Administration
SOFFLIX HR supports SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC), which covers Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure AD / Entra ID, Okta, Auth0, and most other enterprise identity providers. Setup typically takes under an hour with our configuration guide. Contact our team if you use a less common provider — we can assist with custom SAML configurations.
Yes. When anonymous mode is enabled on a survey, responses are stored without any employee identifier — even SOFFLIX HR admins cannot link an individual response to a specific person. The survey engine only surfaces aggregated results. You can choose to require a minimum response threshold before results are shown, to protect anonymity in small teams.
Benefit plan details — including premium amounts, provider terms, and enrolled employee lists — are access-controlled by role. Only HR admins can see full policy details. Employees can see their own enrolment status and coverage summary. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Yes. There is no limit on concurrent surveys. You can target different surveys to different groups — for example, a new joiner onboarding survey for recent hires, and a quarterly pulse for the whole company, running at the same time.
Yes. System-generated emails — login notifications, leave approvals, survey invitations, payslip notifications — all use your company name, logo, and brand colours. The sender name and reply-to address can also be configured to use your company domain.
Yes. Employees have a dedicated Benefits tab in their self-service portal showing all plans they are enrolled in, coverage details, and renewal dates. For insurance plans, they can see their policy number and provider contact. HR admins control which details are visible to employees.
